Rebecca, a force of nature, passed away on 15th April, at the age of 42, after a valiant battle with an aggressive form of bowel cancer. Her passing has left a hole in the hearts of all those who knew her and loved her.

Rebecca was never one to conform to society's expectations, and she certainly wouldn't have wanted a traditional obituary. She was a straight shooter who told it like it was, with a sassy sense of humor whose presence was known in any room. Her strength and resilience in the face of her illness was an inspiration to all who knew her.

To her family and friends, Rebecca was so much more than a daughter, mother, sister, cousin, and friend. She was a fierce advocate, a trusted confidant, and a true companion. Her presence in their lives will be deeply missed. Though her life was cut short far too soon, Rebecca left a lasting impact on those around her. Her wit, humour, and fearlessness will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her. Rest in peace, Rebecca, and know that your memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew you.
