It's been a month since you left us, and the pain of your loss is still so fresh. You were more than just a cousin to me; you were like a sister. We grew up together, shared countless memories, and created an unbreakable bond.


I'll never forget the fun times we had, from wild nights, weekends away (I won’t talk about the Amsterdam trip 😆) and school holidays at Granny Anne's. You were always the life of the party, and my ride or die on many nights out. Even though you're not here with us anymore, the memories we made together will live on forever.


I loved living with you at Palmeira and still laugh about your obsession with climbing Mount Everest, which thankfully having Ava put a stop to! 


Your influence on me goes beyond just our memories together. My music tastes will be forever influenced by you, and I will always think of you when I hear those songs.


Most of all, I miss your no-nonsense approach to life. You never sugar-coated anything, always told it like it was. Your straight talking was one of the things that made you so special, and I know that everyone who knew you would agree. You’re the one I always came to for advice and you always supported me when I needed you. 


Becci, you may be gone, but you will never be forgotten. Your spirit lives on in those of us who loved you, and we will always keep your memory alive. Rest in peace, dear cousin sister, until we meet again.
